Here’s how our process works:
1. SCHEDULE A CALL
In order to get the ball rolling, the first thing you’ll need to do is hop on a call with Chris Castillo Films. Because of the diverse needs of each corporate film, the pricing and scope of work can vary greatly.
On our call, we’ll discuss all the details of your corporate video needs, including the type of video you’re looking for, the size of the job, and the estimated timeline for filming. This will help me understand the key elements of the project, like the types of equipment needed, the number of cameras for the job, and how many filming locations to expect.
Once we’ve discussed the breadth of the project and all the ins and outs, I’ll send over a contract and proposal based on your unique needs. After the contract is signed and the first payment is received, our services are officially booked for your corporate video.
2. FINAL CHECK IN & FILMING DAY
A week before we’re scheduled to begin filming, I’ll touch base to review the logistics and details of the project. This solidifies that we’re on the same page, our crews are prepared when we arrive, and you feel confident knowing your project is in good hands.
On the day we begin filming, our crews show up early to get things set up, and we’ll be ready to roll at our established start time.
3. CURATING YOUR FILM
After the footage is shot, it’s personally edited to ensure your final feature showcases the elements you envisioned. Because each film is different, our processes are unique for each and every project.
The exclusive footage we capture is compiled to create a showpiece that highlights your business. Creating your customized film and telling your story in a dynamic way is detailed and repetitive work. Because of this, the completion time of each video ranges from 1-4 months, depending on the length and complexity of the project.
